Return Policy for K2Gems:
Our goal is customer satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to return a gem purchased from us, here's a comprehensive guide:
Returning Process:
- Notification:
- Inform us via email within 14 days of receiving the gem(s) about your intention to return.
- Specify the gem(s) you plan to ship back to us.
- Packaging:
- Pack the gem(s) with utmost care, using the original packaging methods and materials.
- Include all cards and specimen labels to facilitate efficient processing.
- Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return shipment.
- We recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the K2Gems being returned.
- Full responsibility rests with you for the value of any gem(s) lost or damaged during the return shipment.
- Timeline:
- Ensure that the gem(s) are returned within 10 calendar days after notifying us via email.
- Restocking Fee:
- If the returned gem(s) are received more than 10 calendar days after your email notice, a restocking charge of 20% of the net cost of the returned mineral specimen(s) may be applied.
- Refund:
- A full refund of the net cost of the returned gem(s) will be credited promptly to your account or Credit Card, provided the gem(s) are received on time and in good condition.
Damaged in Transit:
- Notify us immediately if any K2Gems arrive damaged during transit.
- Photograph the original packing material, indicating where and how the damage occurred.
- Retain all original packaging and all pieces of the damaged/broken gem. This documentation will assist in any claims made for the damage.
