Domestic Shipping:

All domestic gem purchases are shipped with care and precision. We primarily use USPS Priority for secure and reliable delivery. Here are the specifics:

• Rate Structure:
• The first gem incurs a shipping fee of $10.
• Each additional gem beyond the first is an extra $3.
• Flexibility:
• Regardless of the weight and size of the package, our flat-rate pricing ensures fairness.

International Shipping:

For our valued international customers, we extend the same commitment to secure and efficient shipping. Here's how:

• Rate Structure:
• The first gem carries a shipping fee of $60.
• Each additional gem beyond the first is an extra $15.
• Consistency:
• Similar to domestic shipping, our flat-rate pricing remains constant regardless of the package's weight or size.

Shipping Disclaimer:

• Signature Requirement:
• Specimens valued at $500 or above demand a signature upon delivery.
• Buyers may also request a signature for specimens valued below $500, offering an added layer of security.
• Flexibility:
• Signature requirements can be waived in writing at the time of purchase, but the buyer assumes all risks related to non-receipt of the shipment.

Multiple Items:

• Efficiency:
• We aim to consolidate multiple items in one box whenever possible.
• If size and weight limitations prevent consolidation, we maintain the same flat rate for all separate shipments.
• Carrier Options:
• In certain cases, specimens may be shipped via alternative carriers like FedEx or UPS at their respective rates, quoted upon request.

Insurance:

• Minimum Coverage:
• Every shipment is insured with a minimum value of $100.
• Additional Coverage:
• Buyers can request insurance coverage beyond $100 at their expense.
• Ownership and liability transfer to the buyer upon the parcel's arrival scan at the post office.
